If you have problems with your ThrustMaster product please call ThrustMaster Customer Support. In order to better assist you with diagnosis of your problem we ask that you gather as much information as you can before calling. Knowing the speed, make, and model of your computer system, and games you use is very helpful information. We encourage you to try the product on other computer systems (if available). This will help us to determine if the product is faulty or if something in your system is causing a compatibility problem.

Important note on returning broken or defective products: RMA needed

If you have a problem that requires repair of your ThrustMaster product call Service and Repair. All products being returned must have an RMA number issued by the Service and Repair Department. Any product received without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.
